NEXUS10HH - Handheld (H-BOX10)
"h" for handheld, the rest are portable components of NEXUS. It is simple - products are produced, then packed into cartons, then cartons get placed onto the pallet, wrapped and put into the container or truck. There could be some accumulation or storing steps in between. The aim is to be able to track what has been placed where, when and by who.
NEXUS10HH is a great helper in unit tracking:
- Shipping manifest (scanning all pallets that are loaded into the truck as it happens which in the end produces a manifest that the truck driver can take with him).
- Stock Control (scanning various pallets can retrieve information about products on the pallet, batch information, location and allow to relocate).
Based on information collected and entered during and after production, various reports can be generated that reflect stock situation.
Reports/templates are created using Crystal Reports designer. This feature enables us to customise the existing reports or add more reports to the system very easily.
This software is from the "u" class (universal) therefore it can be used as stand-alone or integrated with various other software packages.
